    Complete joke.. and thanks for the incompetent service received. They bloody lost the package while in transit and it even shows on its tracking saying "presumed lost" paid express for it and suddenly it turn up 4 weeks later and the driver complaint the package is too heavy, Really..I think that was part of the job if he can't cope with why is he working.. beside I suspected that the package was left somewhere in their depot due to the nature of it being heavy and no one wanted to do the run.. if they deem the package is too heavy they shouldn't accepted it at the point of origin. Never again!! TNT really give you another whole meaning. Beware....

    TNT Express, was completely useless the staff were so rude on the phone. It was such a hassle to get my parcel. They couldn't send my parcel to my location for some unknown reason because it wasn't on the maps. But they have sent main there before. But overall it was such hassle and they were so rude and i will not use them again.

    Home all day with front door open, but driver never rocked up or left a card.

    I read some negative comments here but today I had to deal with TNT Express Darwin for a delivery and I found the crew very kind and gentle, quite cooperative and helpful. I highly appreciate the good job!
